Do you offer shipping?

I do! But the process looks a little different due to the uniqueness (size, shape, weight) of the handcrafted items I have available. Here’s how to order an item to ship.

  1. Add item(s) to cart

  2. Go to checkout. Select “Shipping” (the total will say it is $0 right now). Add shipping address and a secure email address in the “additional info” box.

  3. Pay for order

  4. Wait for me to do stuff on my end (package, weigh, measure, create shipping label). Once this is done I will send you an invoice to your given secure email. This step takes 1-5 days depending on how busy life is.

  5. Pay invoice! ***order will not be mailed until invoice is payed***

    You’re all set. I will mail your order & you will be provided tracking information when its in the system.

Can I return an item?

At this time, all online sales & custom orders are final. Sales made at in person shows can be returned in person on show day, but not after. You are buying 100% handmade & reclaimed. Note the possibility of “character” in your reclaimed wood piece. Color and texture may vary slightly than what is depicted in the photos. Check listed dimensions before ordering.

Damaged/lost items will be dealt with on a case to case basis. K. Rae Creates is not responsible for lost/damaged shipped items but with do their best to solve the issue. All items are shipping with insurance. Email with valid concerns.

Exchanges can be made on a case by case basis depending on availability. Email to talk about an exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be in same condition they were sold in.
